旅游外语系国际旅游酒店在线合作共享课程系列分享 ——有效甄选与成功面试

求职是每个大学生必须面对的挑战,那么如何准备一份有说服力的个人简历并且顺利通过面试呢?本周三的CLE课程为我们解答了疑惑。下面,就请大家和我们一起走进本期的CLE课程吧!

Finding a job is a challenge every college student must face. So how can we preparea convincing resume and pass the interview? This Wednesday’s CLE class answers this question for all of us. Now let us enjoy together!

本周三Sean以及李慧博士主要给我们讲了两大部分内容------有效甄选与成功面试。

Sean and Dr. Li mainly told us two major parts:Effective selection and Successful interview.

有效甄选

有效甄选这一部分,老师向我们讲了有效甄选的方法与步骤: 人才需求分析→明确甄选标准→确定甄选渠道→公布信息→接收信息→初步简历筛选→面试筛选→人才测评→背景调查→录用通知。其中就简历筛选方面,Sean向我们展示了简历中经常出现的错误,让我们茅塞顿开。

Effective selection

The first part is effective selection, in which the teacher tells us about the methods and steps of effective selection. Sean told us the most common mistakes in the resume, which enlighten us a lot.

成功面试

成功面试这部分,Sean分享了面试的关键步骤:简历准备→简历投递→面试准备→面试技巧→面试结束。让同学们印象最深刻的是面试中的STAR法则的分享,其中辽宁和安徽的两位同学勇敢的运用该法则分享了他们勇于挑战的经历。为了奖励他们,Sean 现场给他们制作了卡通画像!

Successful interview

In this section, Sean explained the key procedures and skills of successful interview. The most impressed part is the Rule of STAR . Two students in Liaoning and Anhui Shared their experience of facing challenges by using the rule of STAR. In order to reaward these two students , Sean draw a Carton picture for the two of them in a quite short period of time.

课后反思

Sean以及李慧博士牺牲午饭时间,用大约九十分钟的时间给我们讲述了酒店人力资源管理有效甄选与成功面试的关键,让我们认识到什么是人力资源管理,酒店甄选人才的步骤与方法,怎么获得自己理想的职位,从而面试成功,在这节课上我们收获满满,为以后面试酒店奠定了基础。最令我们惊喜的是,课程结尾,我们通过扫码马上可以进行课程内容测试,了解自己的学习效果,这种通过互联网线上互动的先进的教学理念和教学手段,让我们爱上了本期的CLE课程。本期的分享到这里就结束了,希望对你们有帮助,期待下次见面。

Sean and Dr. Li spent about 90 minutes talking to us about the key to effective selection and successful interview, what is human resource management, the steps and methods of hotel personnel selection, how to obtain their ideal position. At the end of the class, we can checking what we have learned by just scan the two dimensional code. We love this advanced educational idea and teaching method. In this class, we gained a lot, which laid a foundation for the interview in the future. So much for this ClE class sharing, hoping it is helpful and looking forward to the next class.
